RETURN & REFUNDS POLICY
We’re bummed if you're not 100% satisfied with the items you received, and we have made the returns easy for you!
RETURNS (if applicable)
We only accept returns if you receive products that are defective or damaged. You will then have 10 days from the date of delivery to email us with the order number and a picture at email@example.com and we will give you your money back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Once your return is received within 10 days and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
EXCHANGES (if applicable)
We do not exchange items. If you receive products that are defective or damaged, you have 10 days from the date of delivery to email us with the order number and a picture at info@iamtunnelvision, you may be approved for a refund.
